Fluent Technology is based in Northern Ireland’s Science Park, in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. The company was first formed in 2001 and since then has steadily grown. 

As part of a programme of ongoing business expansion Fluent Technology have now located to a bigger unit at the Innovation Centre, NI Science Park.  

The Innovation Centre is at the heart of Belfast’s and Northern Ireland technology and solutions development community.  It continues to be the ideal location for a progressive solutions development company such as Fluent Technology.

Fluent specialise in producing Management Information Systems and Local Information Systems, Grant management and Case management systems.  We have provided solutions and software to a number of public bodies and private companies, including Sheffield City Council, Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster Councils, Northern Ireland State Pathology Department, Northern Ireland Guardian AD Litem Agency and Wright Bus.
