The Origin version release notes are now available on the Origin forums. The release notes contains details of the newest version of Origin (v7.0).  All customers with an Annual Licence agreement will avail of these updates in their scheduled system update.  More

As always, we are adding new features and improvements to Origin so that it continues to evolve and offer greater value to the ORIGIN client base. We have recently updated the ORIGIN search tool and again this has been driven by customer feedback and requirements. We have been working with the South Yorkshire Regional Partnership for a number of years and have recently installed the new Profiler module to the LASOS system amongst other enhancements. Fluent has won a contract to supply a local information system using the ORIGIN platform to the Essex Partnership. The Partnership is made up from Essex Police Service, Essex Fire Service, Essex Probation Trust, PCTs (West Essex, North Essex, South-West Essex, Mid-Essex, South-East Essex), North Essex Partnership trust and South Essex Partnership Trust plus 12 local authorities and departments within Essex County Council.

We have recently launched our User Forum, the place to go for ORIGIN users to find out more about how to use the system, how others are using it and to share thoughts and ideas.  In the forum you can post new topics, reply to those posted by others and edit or delete your posts if need be. In addition it is possible to reply to a post directly by email.

There’s much more, including FAQs, Tips & Tricks and ‘how to’ guides in the form of ORIGIN Manuals, demonstration videos and system specific guides posted by users. There’s also a section to post product suggestions and one for our published ORIGIN Roadmap.

We are delighted to announce that Fluent has been awarded the contract to supply the Surrey Strategic Partnership with a Local Information System (LIS) based upon  ‘ORIGIN’. This will provide a countywide networked data and information store and library complete with data analysis and survey tools to help public sector organisations in Surrey work together even more closely.
